As an active person (approx 5'6, 130 lbs) with chronic back issues, I found their 'OSFA' needs more velcro and/or adjustable straps. It was WAY too big for my leg; the velcro needed to go half way around which resulted in needing to attach the strap to the main foam pad which results in ruining the product. Additionally, the two (2) elastic straps sewn in to allow for larger sizes was just an added 'lump' to try and tuck in. Could be effective for a person of a 'large/x-large+ frame' body structure...?

My husband puts it on for 2 hrs. at a time and he says it helps his back allot. It's easy to put on and take off. It might not work on everybody so you'll have to give it a try for yourself.
