Ordered from a mail order company and came in sprigs not seed. Planted and didn't see much growth the first season but the second season it took off and covered a 20x20 bare patch that our dogs trampled out. We had tried everything to get this spot covered without any success. Since this grass has started growing our bare patch was totally covered with a lush growth before the end of spring. This has been about 3years now it this grass continues to spread and is so lush and green our time spent in the yard is a joy. Children love playing barefoot and the dogs are not killing it out by trampling. Highly recommend for high traffic areas.

It did grow but was not what we expected we were hoping for a single blade type instead we got I don't know what type it is. I do know that it's not the same grass that was advertised on the As seen on TV ad. So buyer be aware

I have seeded an area under my patio that will not be covered by bricks. So far it looks very promising. Since I also have a covered area in the back of my home that receives even less sunlight, I am going to purchase more for that area.
