I was a little skeptical when I first saw it advertised on T.V but thought I'd give it a try as I don't like putting cotton swabs in my ear. I was pleasantly surprised when I used it. It does a very effective job in getting out the ear wax and does not irritate my ears in the least bit. Glad I bought it!

Smart swab is great,I have hurt my ear many times with a qtip,this product will not let you go any farther than recommended & does a great job,

Smart Swab is a waste of time and money. Does not go deep enough to reach any ear wax. Should be NO Stars, but you cannot post here without at least one Star.
